| Our
company prides itself on using exclusively fresh fruit for the production of its
chestnut preserves or marrons glacés. It is the only company in
this field to work in this way and refuses to use frozen peeled chestnuts.
The production campaign therefore runs from mid-October to the end of March.
Today, approximately 350 to 400 tons of chestnuts
and marrons are used in the production of chestnut paste, chestnut purée,
chestnut spread, candied chestnuts in syrup, Marrons glacés.
